FROM POINTS NORTH:

Take Rte. 93 South to the Hooksett toll booth. After toll booth, go straight onto 293 (this also goes to the Everett Turnpike). After exit 4, keep in the right lane and take the next exit (it is not numbered). The signs read Salem Bedford and then Portsmouth Milford. Once on the off ramp keep to the right and follow the signs for 101 West. *Go straight and you will begin to see signs for Rte. 114 Goffstown and Henniker. Stay in the right lane as you approach the light and go straight through. ***Go to the third set of lights (approx. 3.7 miles) and turn left on to Rte. 114. Go straight (approx. 2.4 miles) and the Villa Augustina is on your left. There is a sign on the front lawn. Take the entrance after the sign.

FROM POINTS SOUTH: (NASHUA)

Take Everett Turnpike North to the Bedford toll booth (it is after the Bedford Road exit). After the toll booth take the second exit Rte. 114 *Then same as from points North.

FROM POINTS SOUTH: (SALEM, BOSTON, ETC.)

Take 93 North. After exit 5, watch the signs for 293 North (Manchester). This will be your next exit. Stay to the left as it is a left hand exit. *Continue straight. After Exit 2 keep in the middle lane as it widens from 2 to 3-4 lanes and then the road splits. Take the left split heading towards Goffstown * Follow the directions as from Points North.

FROM POINTS EAST: (PORTSMOUTH)

Take Rte. 101 West to Manchester. After Exit 1, keep to the left and follow the signs for 93 South. Once on 93 South start moving to the right across 5 lanes. In about 2 miles the road will split (93S goes left) take the right split onto 293 North and 101 West. **Follow the directions from Points South (Salem).

FROM POINTS WEST: (MILFORD. PETERBOROUGH. KEENE)

Take Rte. 101 East to the intersection with Rte. 114. Turn left onto Rte. 114. ***Follow directions as from Points North.
