Applications for grades PreKg to Grade 8 are accepted beginning in November of the year preceding entry. These may be requested by phone, by mail and email.
Needed materials for initial application:
- Application form
- Birth certificate
- Baptism certificate (if applicable)
- Immunization records
- $150 registration fee
When all this material is in, the child will be placed on the waiting list. At any time the school reserves the right to close the waiting list for various classes, due to the large number of students applying for a particular grade.
Registration for the students who are already enrolled at the Villa begins at the end of January. At that time siblings may register, and they are given priority on the waiting list.
At the beginning of March, students on the waiting list will be contacted and advised as to the number of places available in each class. Classes are then filled accordingly.

Other requirements, according to grade level are listed below:
Kindergarten
- Placement test - dates will be announced
Grade 1
- Readiness test - dates will be announced
Grades 2 to 8
- Photocopy of latest report card
- Recommendation from present teacher
(During this process, students are encouraged to spend a day at the Villa Augustina School)
When the above prerequisites are met, a decision will be made on the student's acceptance.

Upon acceptance. a packet of material will be sent containing:

Parent's request for school records from previous school

Request for a physician's report and school health history

This material is due by August 1 of the current year.

School Visits:
Prospective parents are invited to come to the Open House that is scheduled in September for parents of our present students. This will provide an opportunity to meet with the present school community to experience the atmosphere and to possibly visit the classrooms. During this time, however, prospective parents would not have the opportunity to speak to the teachers directly. Parents are also most welcomed to come to visit the school during the day. Please call the school (603-497-2361) to schedule an appointment or set one up during the evening of Open House.

Waiting Lists and Refunds
Students who have not been accepted before June are kept on the waiting list unless the parents choose otherwise. A $75 refund is then returned to them. If there is an opening during the year, parents will be informed of it so that they may transfer their child if they so wish. If no opening occurs, the child may remain on the waiting list until the following year. However, once there is an opening, and the parents choose not to place their child at the Villa, then they would need to apply for another year.
